NOTICE is hereby given that the Impact Committee (formerly Program and Grants) of the Health Forward Foundation Board of Directors will conduct a meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at Health Forward Foundation, 2300 Main Street, Suite 304, Kansas City, MO, 64108.  The tentative agenda is as follows:

10:35 – 11:15 Vote to Enter Closed Session

I will now entertain a motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1, of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the following matters: Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and attorneys.
