Finance and Investment Committee Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the Finance and Investment Committee of the Health Forward Foundation Board of Directors will conduct a meeting at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2024. For videoconference information, contact swest@healthforward.org.

12:45-12:55 Brief Update on Audit and Initial Financial Observations
12:55-1:05 Update on Impact Budget and Financial Support Agreement
1:05-1:10 Review and Approval of Investment Policy Statement
1:10- 1:15 Public Comments
1:15-2:55 Vote to Close Meeting

I will now entertain a motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1 of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the matters on the agenda which the public received notice of:

·       investment decisions or investments (including the purchase or sale of any properties or securities) made by the Corporation
