NOTICE is hereby given that the Finance & Investment Committee of the Health Forward Foundation Board of Directors will conduct a meeting at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. For videoconference information, contact MFlandez@healthforward.org.
The tentative agenda is as follows:
AGENDA
It is the policy of Health Forward to subject itself to the Missouri Sunshine Law. Pursuant to Section 610.021 of that law, upon proper motion, this meeting may be closed to the public at any time for specific purposes. In addition to those matters listed in Chapter 610, pursuant to Article 12 of the Health Forward Foundation Bylaws we are authorized to close meetings, records, and votes for specific reasons. I will now entertain a motion to go into closed session to discuss the following matters:
· Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and attorneys.
· Investment decisions or investment (including the purchase or sale of any properties or securities) made by the Corporation.
