Board of Directors meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Health Forward Foundation will conduct a meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 1, 2022. For videoconference information, contact rallen@healthforward.org.

The tentative agenda is as follows:

Pursuant to Article 5.4 of the Foundation’s Articles of Incorporation, and Chapter 610 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri, this meeting is open to the public. Representatives of the news media may obtain copies of this notice by contacting:

*It is the policy of Health Forward to subject itself to the Missouri Sunshine Law. Pursuant to Section 610.021 of that law, upon proper motion, this meeting may be closed to the public at any time for specific purposes. In addition to those matters listed in Chapter 610, pursuant to Article 12 of the Health Forward Foundation Bylaws we are authorized to close meetings, records, and votes for specific reasons. A motion to enter closed session to discuss the following matters will be entertained:

• Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and attorneys
• Investment decisions or investment (including the purchase or sale of any properties or securities) made by the corporation
• The deliberative process relating to the Corporation’s grant award activities 

The processes of the Board and Appointing Charity in identifying qualified individuals to be nominated to fill Board vacancies and staff positions
