Health Forward awards $4.5 million in safety net grants

Kansas City, MO — The Health Forward Foundation (Health Forward) is proud to award $4.5 million in grants to 24 nonprofit organizations through our 2017 safety net funding.

Projects address improved access to physical health care and oral health care.

Health Forward received a total of 42 proposals totaling nearly $9 million in requests.
