Virtual 2021 Healthy Communities Pre-Proposal Conference

Health Forward associates will present an overview of our funding priorities, updates to the grantee portal, and changes we are making to the Healthy Communities request for proposal in 2021.

We will also facilitate a discussion to increase understanding of the equitable engagement and mobilization for action strategies included in our theory of change.

Individuals responsible for grantwriting, programming, or leadership should plan to attend.

We will record the conference and publish the video for those who are unable to attend the live event.
