Safety Net Grantee Convening

Please join us for a presentation on the Health Forward Safety Net Portfolio Report and a discussion of current needs within the safety net system. The event is an opportunity to examine our learning across the portfolio of safety net grants and to help shape future technical assistance investments.

Health Forward will share early results of the portfolio report as well as facilitate a discussion on the quadruple aim, workforce development needs, and possibilities for technical assistance in 2019.

Safety Net grantees from 2016 and 2017 are invited to attend. Limit your organization’s registration to three or fewer representatives who are involved in the design, development, and implementation of safety net programs.
