NOTICE is hereby given that the Impact Committee (formerly Program and Grants) of the Health Forward Foundation Board of Directors will conduct a meeting at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at the Health Forward Foundation office, 2300 Main Street, Suite 304, Kansas City, Missouri 64108.For videoconference information, contact rallen@healthforward.org

*It is the policy of Health Forward to subject itself to the Missouri Sunshine Law. Pursuant to Section 610.021 of that law, upon proper motion, this meeting may be closed to the public at any time for specific purposes. In addition to those matters listed in Chapter 610, pursuant to Article 12 of the Health Forward Foundation Bylaws we are authorized to close meetings, records, and votes for specific reasons. A motion will be entertained to move into closed session to discuss the following matters:

• Investment decisions or investment (including the purchase or sale of any properties or securities) made by the corporation
• Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and attorneys
