Program and Grants Committee Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the Program and Grants Committee of the Health Forward Foundation Board of Directors will conduct a meeting by videoconference at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2020. For videoconference information, contact Admin@healthforward.org

Pursuant to Section 610.021 of the Missouri Sunshine Law, upon proper motion, this meeting may be closed to the public at any time for the purpose of: (1)  discussing any legal issue with our attorneys; (2) any lease or purchase or sale of real estate; (3) hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees; (4) health records involving identifiable persons; (5) any contract or request for proposal specifications; (6) individually identifiable personnel records; (7) employee performance evaluations; (6) communications with our Auditor; (8) any other topic protected from disclosure by law.

Pursuant to Article 8.7 of the Foundation’s Articles of Incorporation, and Chapter 610 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri, this meeting is open to the public. Representatives of the news media may obtain copies of this notice by contacting: admin@healthforward.org or (816) 241-7006.
