Please join us online for the 2020 Safety Net Pre-Proposal Conference.

Health Forward associates will present an overview of the application process, and of our funding priorities through the Safety Net request for proposals. We will also highlight changes we are making in 2020.

We encourage individuals responsible for grantwriting, programming, or leadership to attend.

Conference attendees will need to install Zoom on their devices to take part in the conference. The conference link will be available the week of the event.
