New application process session

**In the event of inclement weather for the Tuesday session, a cancellation notice will be posted here and on our Facebook page. Due to the proximity of the session to upcoming grant deadlines, we will not reschedule. In the event of cancelation, all are welcome to attend the Feb. 20 session from 2 – 4 p.m. at Matt Ross Community Center (weather permitting). A webinar will be available on our website by Feb. 21.**

Those applying for any 2019 Health Forward funding should plan to attend one informational session to learn about our new application process.

Health Forward has been working to upgrade our grantee interface for applications and reporting. We hope these improvements will deliver a more user-friendly and efficient process for all of our partners. Those in attendance will hear about the new interface and what it means for applications and grant reporting.

The session will be tailored for grantees and applicants to learn about Health Forward’s new application process, 2019 deadlines and funding opportunities, and reporting.

To accommodate all interested individuals, we are offering two sessions that will cover the same information. You will only need to attend one of the meetings.
