Canceled: Mental Health Pre-Proposal Conference

February 22, 2018 @ 8:30 am - 11:30 am

In light of the inclement weather forecasted for tomorrow, we have canceled tomorrow’s event. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope everyone will stay safe!

Given the timeline for the mental health application process, we will not be able to reschedule the pre-proposal conference. However, the Implicit Bias Training, by Jessica Forsyth from Denver Public Health and Hugh Vasquez from the National Equity Project, will be rescheduled for spring 2018.

As you work on the letter of intent and full application for the for the Mental Health round, we want to remind you that a number of resources available to you at: www.healthforward.org/mental-health

This includes the mental health request for proposal, funding application webinar, theory of change, and outcomes and indicators worksheet among others.

Check out these details and templates for the Mental Health Application Process. (Please make sure you use the latest templates available on this page!)

Additionally, here is the brief slideshow we planned to present tomorrow, which highlights some key information about our application process. This year applicants should employ at least one strategy from the Mental Health Theory of Change as well as indicators that align with the selected strategy and outcomes. The Outcomes and Indicators Workbook outlines the list of indicators identified by Health Forward.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions.
