Mental Health 2017 Grantee Convening

Join us for the first “Lessons Learned” lunch presentation from Health Forward’s Mental Health grants.

Mental Health 2017 grantees reported progress on their projects against our theory of change. In this forum we will share draft results from those reports and discuss findings and interpretation.

This event is only open to 2017 Mental Health grantees. Each organization may send up to three representatives who are involved in the program implementation and evaluation of grant-funded projects.

Attendees will have an opportunity to share their experiences with our theory of change, evaluation process, and reporting.
