NOTICE is hereby given that the Impact Committee of the Health Forward Foundation Board of Directors will conduct a meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at the Health Forward Foundation office, 2300 Main Street, Suite 304, Kansas City, Missouri 64108. The tentative agenda is as follows:

(Finance & Investment Committee Joins)
I will now entertain a motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1, of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the matters on the agenda which the public received notice of:
o in addition to those matters listed in Chapter 610, the Corporation is authorized to close meetings, records and votes to the extent that they relate to
o investment decisions or investments (including the purchase or sale of any properties or securities) made by the Corporation
· Approval of Budget Rollover (Vote)
