NOTICE is hereby given that the Impact Committee of the Health Forward Foundation Board of Directors will conduct a meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at the Health Forward Foundation office, 2300 Main Street, Suite 304, Kansas City, Missouri 64108. 11:20 – 11:25 Public Comments
11:25 – 11:30 BREAK  (Finance & Investment Committee Joins)
11:30 – noon Vote to Close Meeting

I will now entertain a motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1 of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the matters on the agenda which the public received notice of:

Investment decisions or investments (including the purchase or sale of any properties or securities) made by the Corporation
Noon Vote to Open Meeting
