Healthy Communities Pre-Proposal Conference

Our 2018 Healthy Communities Pre-Proposal Conference will be an opportunity to introduce theory of change indicators and review the application process.

Your organization will have the opportunity to walk through your project to help determine which indicators are most useful in documenting your progress.

Nila Rosen, MPH, a senior consultant at Informing Change, will be presenting and helping guide the conversation and workshop. Nila brings more than 17 years of experience and passion for initiating strategic growth, consensus, partnership and coalition building.
