NOTICE is hereby given that the Governance Committee of the Health Forward Foundation Board of Directors will conduct a meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, via Zoom videoconference information, contact rallen@healthforward.org.

9:05 – 9:15      2025 – 26 Board Progress on Survey Feedback

9:15 – 9:25      2026 Governance Calendar (vote)

9:25 – 9:30      Board Recruitment Update

9:30 – 9:35      Public Comment

9:35 – 10:25    Vote to Enter Closed Session

A motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1, of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the matters on the agenda which the public received notice of:

• Legal counsel;
• Deliberative process of funding
• Investments;
• Personnel matters

9:35 – 10:25   Return to Open Session
