NOTICE is hereby given that the Executive Committee of the Health Forward Foundation Board of

Directors will conduct a meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at the Health Forward

Foundation office, 2300 Main Street, Suite 304, Kansas City, Missouri 64108. For videoconference

The tentative agenda is as follows:

9:00 – 9:03 Call to Order and Welcome

9:03 – 9:05 Report of the Board Chair

9:05 – 9:10 Public Comment

9:10 – 11:00 Vote to Enter Closed Session (3 votes)

A motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1, of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the

matters on the agenda which the public received notice of:

o Legal counsel;

o Deliberative process of funding;

o Investments;

o Personnel matters
