NOTICE is hereby given that the Executive Committee of the Health Forward Foundation Board of

Directors will conduct a Zoom virtual meeting at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2025. For videoconference information, contact rallen@healthforward.org.

The tentative agenda is as follows:

8:30               Call to Order and Welcome

8:30 – 9:55    Vote to Enter Closed Session

A motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1, of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the matters on the agenda which the public received notice of:

• Legal counsel
• The deliberative process relating to the Corporation’s grant award activities
• Personnel matters
• Investment decisions

9:55 – 10 Return to Open Session
