Executive Committee Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the Executive Committee of the Health Forward Foundation Board of

Directors will conduct a meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at the Health Forward Foundation office, 2300 Main Street, Suite 304, Kansas City, Missouri 64108. For videoconference information, contact rallen@healthforward.org.

The tentative agenda is as follows:

8:00 – 8:05      Call to Order and Welcome

8:05 – 8:10      Public Comment

8:10 – 11:00    Vote to Enter Closed Session

A motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1, of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the matters on the agenda which the public received notice of:

• Legal counsel
• Investment decisions or investments (including the purchase or sale of any properties or securities) made by the Corporation
• Personnel matters
