NOTICE is hereby given that the Executive Committee of Health Forward Foundation Board of Directors will conduct a meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2021, at the Health Forward Foundation office, 2300 Main Street, Suite 304, Kansas City, Missouri 64108.
