Community Forum: Lafayette County

We invite you to attend and take part in a discussion on building healthy communities. While Health Forward is best known for our annual $20 million in grantmaking, we know that funding is just one component to achieving our mission of eliminating barriers to quality health and supporting those who care for the underserved and uninsured.

It is equally important that we partner with stakeholders and other community leaders to understand how and what others are already doing to strengthen health in our region.

Participants will hear from Health Forward before breaking into groups to discuss health challenges in their communities, potential solutions, and which partnerships need to be formed and/or strengthened to address these issues.

This forum gives attendees a platform to share thoughts and ideas regarding their community’s health, and learn about Health Forward’s efforts to date.
