Community Advisory Council Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the Community Advisory Council (CAC), a Missouri not-for-profit corporation, will conduct a meeting at 9:15 a.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.  For videoconference information, contact mflandez@healthforward.org.

 

The tentative agenda is as follows:

9:15 – 9:17 Call to Order and Welcome
9:17 – 9:20 Public Comments
9:20 Vote to Enter Closed Session

It is the policy of Community Advisory Council to subject itself to the Missouri Sunshine Law. I will now entertain a motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1, of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the matters on the agenda which the public received notice of:

o The processes of the Board and Appointing Charity in identifying qualified individuals to be nominated to fill Board vacancies and staff positions
9:30 Vote to Return to Open Session
9:30 Adjourn
