NOTICE is hereby given that the Community Advisory Council (CAC), a Missouri not-for-profit corporation, will conduct a meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, December 8, 2023. For videoconference information, contact mflandez@healthforward.org.
The tentative agenda is as follows:
It is the policy of Community Advisory Council to subject itself to the Missouri Sunshine Law. I will now entertain a motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1, of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the matters on the agenda which the public received notice of:
· The processes of the Board and Appointing Charity in identifying qualified individuals to be nominated to fill Board vacancies and staff positions
Pursuant to Article 5.4 of the Foundation’s Articles of Incorporation, and Chapter 610 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri, this meeting is open to the public. Representatives of the news media may obtain copies of this notice by contacting:
