NOTICE is hereby given that the Community Advisory Committee (CAC), a Missouri not-for-profit corporation, will conduct a meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at the Health Forward Foundation office, 2300 Main Street, Suite 304, Kansas City, Missouri 64108. The tentative agenda is as follows:
¨ Reminder on Conflicts of Interest form and donations
¨ Bylaws revision discussion after committee reports.

It is the policy of Community Advisory Committee to subject itself to the Missouri Sunshine Law. I will now entertain a motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1, of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the matters on the agenda which the public received notice of:
o Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and attorneys
¨ Grantmaking update
Pursuant to Article 5.4 of the Foundation’s Articles of Incorporation, and Chapter 610 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri, this meeting is open to the public. Representatives of the news media may obtain copies of this notice by contacting:
