CAC Nominating Committee Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the Community Advisory Council (CAC), a Missouri not-for-profit corporation, will conduct a meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 7, 2026. For videoconference information, contact Risala Allen at rallen@healthforward.org.

 

The tentative agenda is as follows:

 

8:00 – 8:20 a.m. Call to Order and Welcome
8:20 – 8:30 a.m. Public Comment
8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Vote to Enter Closed Session

A motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1, of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the matters on the agenda which the public received notice of:

  • The processes of the Board and Appointing Charity in identifying qualified individuals to be nominated to fill Board vacancies and staff positions
2:00 p.m. Return to Open Session
2:00 p.m. Adjournment
