NOTICE is hereby given that the Audit Committee of the Health Forward Foundation Board of Directors will conduct a virtual meeting at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. For videoconference information, please contact smcdonald@healthforward.org.

 

The tentative agenda is as follows:

11:00 – 11:10 Call to Order & Welcome
11:10 – 11:45 Review & Approve Draft 2025 Audited Financial Statements
11:45 – 11:50 Public Comments
11:50 Vote to Enter Closed Session

I will now entertain a motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1, of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the matters on the agenda which the public received notice of:

·       Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and attorneys.
