NOTICE is hereby given that the Audit Committee of the Health Forward Foundation Board of Directors will conduct a meeting at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. For videoconference information, contact swest@healthforward.org.

It is the policy of Health Forward to subject itself to the Missouri Sunshine Law. Pursuant to Section 610.021 of that law, upon proper motion, this meeting may be closed to the public at any time for specific purposes. In addition to those matters listed in Chapter 610, pursuant to Article 12 of the Health Forward Foundation Bylaws we are authorized to close meetings, records, and votes for specific reasons. We will now go into closed session to discuss the following matters:
