Audit Committee Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the Audit Committee of the Health Forward Foundation Board of Directors will conduct a meeting at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2024. For videoconference information, contact swest@healthforward.org.

The tentative agenda is as follows:

1:00 – 1:05 Call to Order and Introductory Comments
1:05 – 1:40 Review/Approve Draft 2023 Audited Financial Statements
1:40 – 1:45 Public Comments
1:45 – 2:00 Vote to Close Meeting (if needed)

I will now entertain a motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1, of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the matters on the agenda which the public received notice of:

  • Legal Counsel

·       Investment decisions or investments (including the purchase or sale of any properties or securities) made by the Corporation
