Audit Committee Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the Audit Committee of the Health Forward Foundation Board of Directors will conduct a meeting at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2024. For videoconference information, contact rallen@healthforward.org.

1:25 – 1:45 RubinBrown: 2023 Audit Engagement Planning

·       New Regs/Pronouncements impacting 2023 Audit (if any)
1:45-1:50 Public Comments
1:50-2:25 Vote to Close Meeting (if needed)

I will now entertain a motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1, of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the matters on the agenda which the public received notice of:

  • Legal Counsel

·       Investment decisions or investments (including the purchase or sale of any properties or securities) made by the Corporation
