NOTICE is hereby given that the Audit Committee of the Health Forward Foundation Board of Directors will conduct a meeting at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2023. For

The tentative agenda is as follows:

 

1:00-1:05 Call to Order
1:05-1:40 Review/Approve Draft 2022 Audited Financial Statements
1:40-2:00 Review/Approve Updated Accounting and Administration Policies & Procedures
2:00-2:05 Public Comments
2:05 Vote to Close Meeting

I will now entertain a motion to go into closed session under Section 610.021, subsection 1, of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss the matters on the agenda which the public received notice of:

·       Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and attorneys.

·       The processes of the Board and Appointing Charity in identifying qualified individuals to be nominated to fill Board vacancies and staff positions.
