2020 Healthy Communities Pre-Proposal Conference

Please join us at the 2020 Healthy Communities Pre-Proposal Conference to learn about important updates to the Healthy Communities request for proposal.

We will also host a grantee panel to discuss engagement and mobilization, so applicants can learn more about the distinction between these two strategies and showcase important work taking place in the community.

We encourage attendance of both program staff and grant writers from organizations that plan to apply for a 2020 Healthy Communities Grant.
