Tara joined Health Forward in 2024 as director of impact learning and evaluation. Her previous experience includes serving as director of program strategy for a national nonprofit and the director of program experience for the Culture of Health Leaders program, a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation funded initiative, for which she led program development and evaluation. She also has experience as the program director of a 200+ stakeholder collaborative effort to address system-level change for primary care practices. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Exercise Science from Kansas State University and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
