We know applying for grants takes time and resources from each of our applicants. We respect that time and effort, so we’re continually seeking ways to reduce the burden of this process on our applicants.
Today we’re launching an effort to hopefully reduce the confusion of grant documents. Previously, applicants used individual links on the applicant defined grants page to download the appropriate files for each stage of the application.
Now you will see that we have grouped all necessary grant files into a .zip file. This format allows us to compress many documents into one easy file. You will download the entire folder of documents at one time, extract the files, and have easy access to every file you’ll need to complete your application.

Those who are awarded a grant will follow a similar route for the reporting section of a grant. Application and reporting documents are in the same zip file.
We look forward to hearing your feedback on this effort to simplify the process of rounding up grant documents. If you have any questions or comments, please contact Keonna Baldwin at (816) 241-7006.

Am I wrong or is the information under FOR A MAC and FOR WINDOWS the same?
You’re correct! Thanks for letting us know. I’ve updated the link to display the Windows instructions.
When I click on Zip file it takes me back to the applicant defined grant page. Is this information available yet? I am interested in applying for a grant with the March deadline.
Thank you!
Thanks for the question, Shawn! We’re working on finalizing the information and will have the zip file online in the next week. I apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
