New users can set up an account in the grantee portal by registering and completing a brief eligibility quiz.

Review process

Health Forward consults with external reviewers from outside our service area to provide expertise and unbiased feedback on foundation defined grant proposals. Health Forward also relies on our internal knowledge of the field, the community, our history with applicants, and grantee performance to inform our decisions.

Ultimately, Health Forward staff and leadership make the final decision on grant selection. As always, the Health Forward Board of Directors provides guidance and final approval.
