Kansas City, MO - Health Forward Foundation is proud to award $4.45 million in grants to 28 nonprofit organizations through our 2018 Safety Net funding.
The funded programs address improved access to physical health care and oral health care for those most in need.
“We are proud to partner with organizations that ensure vulnerable populations have access to quality health and oral health services. A strong safety net system supports better health outcomes, better care, and contained costs through improved quality,” said Bridget McCandless, M.D., Health Forward President/CEO.
Health Forward received a total of 52 proposals totaling $11 million in requests.
