Kansas City, MO - The Health Forward Foundation (Health Forward) has awarded eight nonprofit organizations a total of $382,158 in Applicant Defined Grants.

Las Subvenciones Definidas por el Solicitante (ADG) de Health Forward se conceden al margen de las Solicitudes de Propuestas anuales de la Fundación. Las ADG se revisan y conceden mensualmente y permiten a las organizaciones definir sus propias necesidades inmediatas de subvención en relación con la misión de Health Forward. Las organizaciones pueden solicitar una ADG una vez al año y tienen un límite de $75.000. En 2015, Health Forward concederá un total de $4,1 millones en ADG.
